Privacy Policy
Data Stored by the App
This app stores count history, restaurant names, authorized users, role settings, preferences, and recently deleted history needed for app functionality.
Confidential Operational Data
Cash counts, till amounts, imported history, user names, and restaurant-level summaries may be confidential business information. Users should only access, export, share, or sync this data when authorized by their employer.
Storage and Syncing
Local app data is stored on the device. If iCloud syncing is enabled, history data may be stored in the signed-in iCloud account's private CloudKit database. Import and export actions may create files outside the app, and users are responsible for handling those files securely.

Operational Tool
This app is intended to help record, review, import, export, and summarize cash-count information. It does not replace employer procedures, point-of-sale reports, accounting systems, or required audit controls.
Authorized Use
Users should only add, edit, delete, restore, import, export, or sync information when they have permission to do so. PIN-based authorization inside the app is an app-level control and does not replace employer approval requirements.
Accuracy
Users are responsible for verifying counts, entries, imported files, and exported records. The app may display summaries and trends, but those summaries should be reviewed against official business records before making decisions.
